Does Hogwarts Legacy look good on PS4?
Yeah, it actually looks pretty solid on PS4! Considering it's a last-gen console, the game's developers did a great job optimizing it. You'll notice some differences compared to the PS5 version, like lower texture resolutions and perhaps not as smooth frame rates, but Hogwarts Legacy still delivers a visually enchanting experience. It's decent but don't expect miracles. The PS4 handles it well enough, but if you've seen it on PS5 or a high-end PC, you'll know you're missing out on the full graphical fidelity. It's the same great game, though, just with a bit less sparkle.
In my experience, it runs better than I expected on my PS4. Sure, it's not as crisp as on next-gen, but the game's charm and detail are all there. I was particularly impressed by the lighting and how the environments still felt alive and magical.
