Nope, the PS4 doesn't support 4K UHD Blu-rays. You'll need a PS5 or a dedicated 4K Blu-ray player for that.

PS4 playing 4K DVDs? Not gonna happen. Get a PS5 or a standalone player if you want Ultra HD.

Unfortunately, the PS4 can't play 4K DVDs; it maxes out at 1080p Blu-rays.

I can confirm from experience that the PS4 won't play 4K UHD Blu-ray discs. Swap to a PS5 for that sweet 4K goodness.
