Nope, the PlayStation Backbone controller is specifically designed for PlayStation Remote Play on iOS and doesn't work with Xbox.

I tried using my PlayStation Backbone with the Xbox app on my iPhone. It didn’t work—pretty understandable as it’s made for PlayStation.
