Yes, the PS3 controller, called the Sixaxis, has a gyroscope for motion sensing. It’s not as advanced as the PS4’s DualShock 4, but it gets the job done!

I’ve used the PS3 Sixaxis controller, and it definitely has motion sensors. I remember playing Lair and Warhawk using tilt controls.
