Steam Deck + Fortnite = Possible, but not directly. You need to manually install the Epic Games Launcher using a workaround. I managed to get it running after some tinkering. Totally worth it for that Victory Royale on the go!
Nope, Fortnite isn't available on the Steam Deck because it's not on Steam. But you can still play it by installing Windows on the Deck!
