Unfortunately, Xbox 360 Guitar Hero controllers are not compatible with the PS3. Different manufacturers, different rules!

Hot take: Seriously, why would you even try that? Stick to the right console for your gear!

I've tried it myself; unfortunately, Xbox 360 Guitar Hero controllers don't sync with the PS3. Guess it's time to dust off that old PS3 guitar instead!

Nope, it won't work. Xbox and PlayStation controllers are like cats and dogs – they just don't get along.

Simply put, no. Xbox 360 controllers aren't designed to be used on a PS3. Tried it myself, and no dice.

If you're a PlayStation player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official PlayStation gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
