Yes, you can transfer XCOM 2 saves between computers! Just copy the save files from the 'Documents/My Games/XCOM2/XComGame/SaveData' folder to the same folder on the new computer.

Absolutely! Save files can be moved manually. Grab them from the 'Documents/My Games/XCOM2/XComGame/SaveData' directory and plop them into the same path on the other PC.

Totally doable! I’ve done it myself when switching rigs. Just make sure to copy the saves from the correct directory!
