Make sure your game is fully updated, and maybe even check if there's a console update too. Those pesky bugs like to hide there.

Hey, I feel ya. Try clearing your Xbox One cache by holding the power button for 10 seconds and then unplugging it for a few minutes. Worked for me!

Try reinstalling the game. I know it’s a pain, but sometimes a fresh start does wonders!

Honestly, XCOM 2 on Xbox One just has some crash issues. Patch updates help, but they don’t always cure it.
