Yeah, Bethesda has been pretty on top of things, fixing major bugs and exploits as they pop up. So, the experience exploit that players were taking advantage of has been patched out. You might encounter some smaller glitches here and there because, let's face it, it's Fallout – but nothing game-breaking like before!
I remember farming levels like crazy with that exploit! Good times, but yeah, Bethesda patched it up. Now, leveling takes a bit more grinding, but it's all part of the adventure in the wasteland. Makes those levels feel earned!
