How does Two Shot work in Fallout 76?

Two Shot in Fallout 76 doubles the fun – literally! When you equip a weapon with the Two Shot legendary effect, it fires two projectiles instead of one. The catch? The second projectile deals the weapon's base damage, not including extra damage from mods. So, if your base damage is 100, each shot fires an additional bullet doing that same 100 damage, but mods that add damage won't double up on the second shot. Great for doubling your chances to hit something in the chaos of the wasteland!

Two Shot in FO76 is like ordering a double cheeseburger and getting an extra patty for free. You shoot once, but get two bullets for the price of one. Only the first bullet gets the mods' bonuses though, so it’s not a total free-for-all.

Actually, Two Shot isn't all it's cracked up to be. The accuracy penalty can be a real pain, especially from a distance. Sure, you get two bullets, but if neither hits, what's the point? Sometimes, more isn't always better.

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you’re wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
