Steam doesn't offer phone support, but you can easily reach them through their support website. Just go to 'Help' at the top of the Steam client or website, then 'Steam Support'. You can submit a ticket for your issue there, and they're pretty quick to respond!

As someone who's been in the deep end of PC gaming, trust me, emailing or using the ticket system on Steam's website is the way to go. No waiting on hold, and you'll get help tailored to your issue.

Steam support by phone? Not happening. But their online system is solid. Just don't expect immediate responses, patience is key!

If you're a Steam player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Steam gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
