Unfortunately, you can't play Overwatch on PS4 or PS5 without a PlayStation Plus subscription. You need PS Plus to access the online multiplayer features.

Sorry to burst your bubble, but Overwatch on PlayStation requires a PS Plus subscription to play online. No way around it!

I tried playing Overwatch on my PS5 without PS Plus, and it wouldn't let me join any online matches. Gotta get that subscription.
