I usually take a soft brush to clean the vents and a dry cloth for the surface. Works like a charm!

To clean your PS4, first unplug it. Use a can of compressed air to blow out the dust from the vents and ports. Wipe down the exterior with a microfiber cloth. Avoid using liquid cleaners directly on the console.

I once opened up my PS4 and cleaned the inside with a small vacuum and canned air. Worked wonders for the noise issues!
