Sometimes gifts are character-specific. Make sure you're using the right character when trying to open them. I had to switch characters to get some of mine to work.

It could be a bug. Try restarting the game or checking for updates. If that doesn't work, they might show up after you progress further in the game.
Gifts in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 usually don't work if you haven't unlocked the corresponding characters or items yet. Make sure you've met all the requirements first!
Gifts not working? Probably just Xenoverse 2 being Xenoverse 2. Keep grinding, it'll eventually work out!
