Try resetting your password. Sometimes accounts get locked for security reasons, and a reset is all you need.
Disable any VPN you might be using. Roblox doesn't always play nice with them.
I couldn't log in once, and it turned out I had been hacked! Contact Roblox support if you think this might be the case.
It could be a server issue. Roblox sometimes has maintenance or unexpected downtimes, so check their official status page.
