Log into your PS5, navigate to Settings > Users and Accounts > Other > Console Sharing and Offline Play, and disable it.

Just call Sony support; they can deactivate all consoles associated with your account in case you've lost access.

To deactivate your PSN account as primary on your console, go to Settings > Account Management > Activate as Your Primary PS4, and select Deactivate.
