All you need to do is complete the 'Two and a Half Sims' quest. Once that's done, you can add a baby to your household. Yep, now you can have a full family!
To add a Sim, just tap on an empty lot and select the option to create a new Sim. Make sure you have enough Simoleons!
Simple! Tap the green button with a white plus (+) icon in the Sim Tracker. Then, just follow the prompts to customize your new Sim.
