Collecting Mole Rat Blood in Fallout 76 is pretty straightforward. Just find yourself some mole rats, take them down, and loot their bodies. Mole Rat blood is often a loot item you can pick up after a fight. Keep an eye out for them around the Forest region or listen for their digging sound!

Just shoot or whack the mole rats and check their inventory. If you're in luck, they'll drop the blood sample you need. Sometimes it might take a few tries cause not every mole rat carries it.

Honestly, just keep killing mole rats. They're everywhere. RNG can be a pain, but eventually, one will drop the blood sample you need.
