Use the 'Add to Playlist' option on songs from one playlist to move them to another. You'll need to do this for each song though.
Select all the songs in one playlist (Ctrl+A on desktop) and add them to another playlist. Simple and fast!
Honestly, just make a new playlist with your combined songs. It's way smoother and less hassle.
