To connect your phone to your PS3, you need to use a USB cable or Bluetooth. For USB, just plug your phone directly into the PS3's USB port. For Bluetooth, go to Settings > Accessory Settings > Manage Bluetooth Devices and pair your phone. Boom, you're connected!

USB is the simplest way. Plug in your phone, and the PS3 should recognize it as a storage device.

Open the PS3's Bluetooth settings, and then scan for devices with your phone's Bluetooth. Pair them up, and you should be good to go!
