Easy peasy! Just open your item bag, click on the item you want to get rid of, and hit the trash icon. Confirm, and voila, space freed up!

You can toss items you don't need by going to your item bag, selecting the item, and hitting the 'delete' button. If you're low on Pokeballs, you might wanna hold onto those though!

When my bag gets full, I usually go through and delete excess potions and revives. Keep the essentials and discard the rest!
