How do I kill Evan in Fallout 76?
Evan can be a bit tricky since he's already dead when you get to him sometimes because another player beat you to it. If he's alive, just make sure you're well-armed and aim for the head. If he's dead, you gotta server hop. Yes, it's annoying, but that's how you do it: exit to the main menu, join a new game, and rush to his location again.

If Evan's already dead when you get there, it's the classic 'server hop' dance. Exit, rejoin a new server, and try again. Persistence is key!
