Look at the design and features: the original PS3 is big and shiny, the Slim is smaller and matte, and the Super Slim has a sliding disc cover.
Just google your PS3's model number, it's on the back. That should tell you everything you need to know.
Having used a couple of PS3 models, I can tell you the original one has 4 USB ports and a glossy finish, while the Slim has 2 USB ports and a matte finish. Super Slim has a top-loading disc tray!
