Just open the Home Store, go to 'Inventory,' and tap on the item. Click 'Sell' and it's gone!

You can sell furniture in Sims FreePlay by going into the Home Store, selecting the 'Inventory' tab, and then choosing the item you want to sell. You should see a 'Sell' button pop up when you select the item!
