I found out the hard way that spamming 'A' actually does make you swim a bit faster. Was racing my friend to get to a scallop first, and the rapid tapping totally gave me the edge. So yeah, tap away!

Honestly, you can't really 'speed swim' like you'd want. Animal Crossing isn't about speed but more about chilling and enjoying the vibe. So, tapping 'A' might make you feel a tiny bit faster, but don't expect Olympic speeds.

To swim faster in Animal Crossing, just keep tapping 'A' instead of holding it down. It's like sprinting in water! The more you tap, the quicker you'll move. Just watch out for those jellyfish!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
