To switch targets in VATS in Fallout 76, all you gotta do is flick your right stick on the controller if you're playing on console (PS4 or Xbox One). If you’re on PC, just move your mouse around. Super intuitive once you get the hang of it!

Honestly, I've played a lot and found that learning to switch targets quickly in VATS is key to not getting overwhelmed by ghouls. It's easy once you try it a few times - right stick on console, mouse on PC. Game changer!
