You can deactivate your account remotely via the PlayStation Network (PSN) website. Go to Account Management -> Security -> Sign out on all devices. Voila!

Go to Settings on the other PS4, then Users, and delete the user linked to your PSN account. Simple as that!

Dude, just log in to your PSN on your own PS4 and make sure it's set as your Primary PS4. This bumps it off the other one automatically.
