You can't exactly 'turn off' friendly fire in the traditional sense, but you can join or form a team. When you're in a team, your attacks won't hurt your teammates. So, if accidental shootings are a problem, teaming up is your best bet.

Pacifist mode is your friend here! Go into the game settings and enable Pacifist Mode. This way, you won't be able to damage other players unless you're in a PvP event. It's great for avoiding accidental friendly fire.

Just don't shoot your friends, lol. Seriously, use Pacifist Mode. It helps.

Friendly fire? In my Fallout 76? It's more likely than you think. Turn on Pacifist Mode in the settings and suddenly, you're not the menace to your friends you once were!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
