How do i use legendary modules in Fallout 76?

As someone who's been rebuilding the wasteland since day one, legendary modules are the secret sauce to awesome gear. You buy them from the Purveyor, find yourself a workbench, and start crafting. What’s cool is the outcome is kinda like a loot box - you never know what legendary perks you're gonna get. Adds a bit of spice to the usual crafting!
