Upload a music video to Instagram by first recording or selecting your video, then adding it to your Story or Reel. You can find the music option by tapping the sticker icon in Stories or choosing a track while editing your Reel. Done and done!
I've done this by going to Instagram Stories, recording my video, and then tapping the music sticker to pick my track. Works like a charm every time!
