Catching a mole cricket in Animal Crossing can be tricky but super fun! First, you gotta listen for their distinctive chirping sound, which means there's one nearby. They're underground, so you won't see them at first. Walk around until the sound gets louder, that's how you know you're right on top of them. Then, use your shovel to dig in that spot. The mole cricket will pop out of the ground, and that's your chance to switch to your net and catch it. It might take a few tries, but keep at it!

Just dig where the noise is loudest and nab it with your net. Easy peasy!

Honestly, catching mole crickets feels like more trouble than it's worth. I'd rather catch butterflies.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
