Hitting rocks! Seriously, just grab your shovel or axe and start smacking any rock you see around your island. Each rock can drop various materials including iron nuggets, clay, stones, or even money. Pro tip: Dig a couple of holes behind you before you start hitting the rock. This stops the recoil, letting you hit the rock more times, and hopefully, snag more iron nuggets. Just be careful not to eat any fruit before doing this, or you'll smash the rock instead of harvesting it!

Rocks, rocks, rocks. Just hammer away at them with your shovel or axe, but remember, DON'T break them by eating fruit first! You wanna hit them for goodies, not demolish them.

Iron nuggets? You pray to the Animal Crossing gods and then smack some rocks.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!

The brands referenced on this page are not sponsors of the rewards or otherwise affiliated with this company.
