You can only link one PSN account to an Epic Games account. If you want to change the PSN account linked to your Epic Games account, you'll have to disconnect the first one and then connect the new one. It's a one PSN account per Epic Games account kind of deal!

Unfortunately, you can't connect two PSN accounts to a single Epic Games account. You'll need to make separate Epic accounts if you have multiple PSN accounts.
