Unfortunately, Roblox doesn't offer a direct option to delete private servers. The closest workaround is to simply cancel the subscription and wait for it to expire.

I once tried deleting my private server and found out you can't! Just let the subscription expire.

You can't actually delete a private server outright, but you can let its subscription expire by not renewing it. Just don't pay the renewal fee, and it will go away on its own!

There's no delete button for private servers in Roblox. Let the subscription lapse, and presto, server gone!
