It's simple! Open the Sim Tracker, tap the whistle icon next to the Sim you want to delete, then select the red icon with a Sim symbol and a minus sign. Boom, they're gone!

Honestly, deleting a Sim is overrated. Just make them do mundane chores till they move away themselves!

From experience: Go to the Sim Tracker, tap the whistle icon next to your Sim, then hit the red Sim icon with the minus sign. Confirm, and poof, they're history!
