You can't directly delete a Sim in The Sims FreePlay, but you can move them out of your town by relocating them to another lot.

To delete a Sim in Sims FreePlay, tap on the Sim you want to delete, then select the red ‘X’ icon in their Sim Info Panel. Bye-bye, virtual buddy!
