You can use the items you’re stocked up on, transfer Pokémon to Professor Willow for candies, or hit that trash can icon to discard items. Choose wisely!
You can also upgrade your item bag so you don’t have to empty it that often. More space, less hassle!
Just tap the Poké Ball at the bottom of the screen, go to Items, and start discarding or using what you don’t need. Easy peasy!
