Sometimes, just reinstalling the game or app with the corrupted data can do the trick. Uninstall it, then reinstall from the PlayStation Store.
First, you can try restarting your PS4 and see if that fixes the issue. If not, go to 'Settings' > 'Storage' and find the corrupted file, then delete it.
