Just head to the Home Store, tap on Decorations, and look for fish tanks. Buy one and place it in your house.

You can find a fish tank in The Sims FreePlay by going to the Home Store, then navigating to the Decorations tab. Scroll through until you see the different fish tank options and pick the one you like best!
