To snag those sweet card packs in Fallout 76, you gotta level up or complete specific challenges. Every few levels, the game throws you a card pack party, splashing you with new Perk Cards to upgrade your character. You mostly get card packs by leveling up. I remember getting a bunch as I played, making my character stronger and letting me tackle harder challenges. It's like the game's way of saying, 'Hey, nice job. Have some cool abilities!'
