Getting hardwood in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is pretty simple! Grab your trusty axe and start whacking at the trees on your island. Each tree can drop different types of wood, including hardwood, softwood, and wood, so keep at it until you get what you need. Just be mindful not to overdo it with a strong axe, or you might end up chopping down your trees!

lol just buy it from someone's island. Some players have TONS and sell or give it away. Check out online forums or trading groups.

Just hit trees with a flimsy axe or stone axe! You'll get hardwood without chopping the tree down. I keep a bunch of stone axes on hand for daily wood farming. Pro tip: Shake the trees before you start swinging. You don't want to get stung by wasps!

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
