Oh, got yourself in a bit of a pickle, huh? Getting rid of a bounty in Fallout 76 is actually pretty straightforward, but not exactly fun if you're not into the idea. Basically, someone has to take you down. Yep, you heard that right. Another player needs to kill you to clear that bounty. Once you're defeated, your bounty goes away, but so do some of your caps as a penalty. On the bright side, it's a great way to make new frenemies!

Short and not-so-sweet: Die. That's it. You have a bounty, you meet your maker, bounty gone.

Okay, so I actually had a bounty on me once because I decided to pick a lock at someone's camp. Not my proudest moment. Anyway, turns out the only way to clear it was to let another player hunt me down. It was kind of intense, not gonna lie. Kinda felt like being in an action movie, except I was definitely not the hero. Died, lost a few caps, but hey, bounty cleared!

If you're a Fallout 76 player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

That includes gift cards from all of your favorite gaming platforms, like PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam and more... which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
