To snag yourself a slingshot in Animal Crossing, you gotta check out Nook's Cranny. Once that shop opens up on your island, you'll find the slingshot for sale there. If it's day one and you're itching to pop balloons right away, keep an eye out for the DIY recipe that might just float by tied to a balloon. Funny how you need a slingshot to get a slingshot, huh? So, before you get that DIY recipe or buy it, you're gonna need to craft or get a flimsy net to catch those balloon gifts!

Honestly, you don't even NEED a slingshot. I played for months without bothering with one. Balloons are overrated anyway.

Just buy it from Nook's Cranny. Easy peasy.

If you're an Animal Crossing player, you need to download the Playbite app!

Playbite is like an arcade in your phone: you get to play all kinds of fun and simple games, compete with friends and others, and win cool prizes from all your favorite brands!

One of those prizes is the official Nintendo eShop gift card, which you can win and use to get anything you want essentially for free!

In case you鈥檙e wondering, this is how it works:

Playbite makes money from (not super annoying) ads and (totally optional) in-app purchases. The app then uses that money to reward players like you with prizes!

Download Playbite for free, available on the App Store and Play Store!
