Just walk east till you hit it. Can't miss it once you have the expansion.
Make sure you're at least level 25, btw. Atlantic City ain't for fresh Vault dwellers. The quests leading there are tough, and you wanna be ready to face whatever's lurking in the shadows of those abandoned casinos and boardwalks.
Honestly, just follow the main quest line provided with the "Atlantic City - America's Playground" expansion. It does a fantastic job of naturally guiding you there. Plus, you get to enjoy all the lore and backstory they鈥檝e woven into the journey!
