Easy! You can increase your squad size by upgrading the Guerrilla Tactics School (GTS). First upgrade gets you one more slot, second upgrade nets another one. Happy hunting!

Yo, just build the Guerrilla Tactics School ASAP and grab 'Squad Size I' and 'Squad Size II' upgrades. Boom, more soldiers to throw at those pesky aliens!

I’ve done it a hundred times: build the GTS, then use supplies to buy the squad size upgrades. Trust me, it's a game changer!
