It's called Roblox Premium now! To join, just go to the Roblox Premium page, choose a subscription plan, and follow the prompts to purchase.

I miss the days of Builders Club! Now it's Roblox Premium. Just pick a plan on the Roblox Premium page and you're in.

You can't join the Builders Club anymore because it's been replaced by Roblox Premium. Just subscribe to a plan on their website.
