You can log out of other PlayStations by logging into your account on Sony's website and selecting 'Security' under the account settings to sign out of all devices. I did this last month when I got a new console – super easy!

Call Sony customer support. They can remotely sign you out of all devices.

Just go to account.sonyentertainmentnetwork.com, log in, and under 'Device Management' deactivate all consoles. Boom, you're done!
