How do you pause downloads on PS4?

Easy peasy! Go to Notifications, select Downloads, and then press the Options button on the download you want to pause. Select Pause and boom, you're done!

Hit up your Notifications menu, head to the Downloads section, find your download, press Options on your controller, and just choose Pause. Simple!

I've paused dozens of downloads on my PS4. Just go to Notifications, find Downloads, hit the Options button on your current download, and choose Pause. Works like a charm!
