First up, head over to the Garrahan Mining Headquarters. You can't miss it. Once there, sprint down to the basement level. Look for the Power Armor Station - it's where the magic happens. Craft or bring your Excavator Power Armor, stand in the station, and voila, follow the quest marker to register that bad boy at the terminal. Boom - you're now officially a walking tank.
