You can also renew PS Plus through the PlayStation app or website. Log in, navigate to your account settings, and look for subscriptions. Choose PlayStation Plus and select your renewal plan. Done and done!

Set up auto-renewal if you want to avoid the hassle. Go to Account Management > Account Information > PlayStation Subscriptions, and enable auto-renewal for PlayStation Plus.
